The residents are excited to see me since they enjoy attending the greeting card making sessions I lead. They assemble the kits into cards they can share with family and friends providing them an opportunity for connection with loved ones. I enjoy chatting with the residents during the session too.

My mother stayed in memory care for respite stay . AL assisted living staff where great. They kept us updated with changes or concerns regarding my mother. Staff in the memory care unit keep and encourage the residents to come to activities which my mother never did. It was nice to see the staff and residents involved. Overall great care and support in Assisted living memory care.

I've worked at Oak Park Place for 12 years and i enjoy caring for the memory care residents and working closely with families. I've worked all shifts here at oak park place and currently work mornings but do pick up on Pm shift. My job isn't just a job for me. I love what i do and like helping others helping families adjust to their love one moving into an assisted living or memory care. Oak park place staff, residents and families have become my second family.
