I worked for them from December 2018 to July 2019. they say they are a family company but after 7 months of giving them my expertise and talent, they threw me out with the trash. I was never written up or talked to about not doing a good job, I believe they just didn't want to pay me what I was worth. Never mind the families and residents loved me, it ultimately was about the bottom dollar. Your family members are treated like gold there, but not because of the out of state owners who know nothing about the culture of Ladysmith or the employees who work their butts off. They acted like they loved me but never had a conversation with me about real things. Shelly--former social worker, who wishes they would have asked me what I thought was the problem.
