My dad has been here now for just over a month. The staff at Parkside Manor has been wonderful and has gone to great lengths to make sure my dad gets the care he needs. And if something needs to be taken care of, they are doing their best to correct the situation. Especially in this unprecedented time. The family truly appreciates the care Parkside Manor is giving my dad. And as soon as this lockdown lifts, we look forward to seeing it firsthand and getting to know the caring caregivers at this facility.

This facility has gone way downhill over the past couple of years. Management has always been unavailable when I've called and does not return phone calls. Furniture smells of urine. Staff does not seem to care about the residents. Most residents do not seem happy. There are lots of choices out there, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.FOLLOW UPThree weeks later, and still zero contact from Stephanie. I visited the facility several days after writing the review. While the urine soaked furniture, along with decorative curtains and carpeting had been removed, no replacement furniture was in sight, leaving residents with nothing but dining chairs upon which to sit. Stephanies responses that there was new furniture and that she would address my issues have not yet been fulfilled.

I've been with the community for 7 months, I love my job. Working with the residents is my favorite part of my day. I'm so grateful to have a good job and job I love.

My mother has resided here for almost two years and her needs are always met in a positive manner. The food is excellent. The chef even knows the residents by name. I believe the staff is kind and caring . The facility is well kept up.

I worked here for a short time. The families giving bad reviews really have a valid point all the complaints I'm seeing on the reviews are things I have seen with my own eyes. The good management does not stay because this place is a mess. Parkside manor could really be a nice place if they get some good caring management in there, and the higher up people back them with making positive changes and get good quality staff.
