I have worked in this south side Assisted Living facility for 10 years. I am very happy and proud to be employed here. We have a wonderful core group of employees who have been here not for months but years. The care we provide to our residents and the connection we make with each of them and their families is unique and real. Our size and home like environment allow us to know our residents. Their family members really get to know us too! I also have witnessed the physical transformation and the updating of our 20 year old building that have taken place over the last 4 years. This has created nicer private living areas as well as brighter and more comfortable common areas for our residents. I am thankful to work here and believe we do truly care for our seniors.

I just started working at this facility in December and I am absolutely loving it. All the staff have been very welcoming and are willing to help you when you need help. The environment is very friendly and you can tell that everyone puts the residents first. I am very happy that I found this place to work and highly recommend this facility for anyone looking into caregiving.

I am a current employee, I left a larger newer facility to come to Library Terrace and I couldn't be happier. The environment is much friendlier, warmer and it truly shines through in the residents. I constantly have families telling me how happy they are that their family member is being so well taken care of and how friendly the staff is. It is breath of fresh air to work here and I don't plan to ever leave!

I have enjoyed every moment of my employment here. I have been employed here for a year and I have been given the opportunity to advance within this organization and the experience has been inspiring. The team is very competent and dedicated to the residents. I would wholeheartedly and unquestionably recommend Library Terrace to my friends and family.

Management don't care no way bout there workers. If you gonna apply to work here Don't!!!! Feel bad for there patients. Management they don't even care bout they patient. They patients pay tons of money to stay here. Proof is you can tell they a profit making facility. even got a 1st shifter stealing meds and management don't do nothing bout it. Smdh
