We appreciate the care our mom receives here. It's a home like setting and very clean and comfortable.

HORRIBLE PLACE. Girls work very hard and take care of residents they love and care about and Kevin fires girls for having their phone in their pocket. These poor residents are constantly having to be neglected by caregiviers because Kevin fires caregivers for NO REASON. If the residents are not complaining about cares & assistance NO ONE SHOULD BE FIRED, unless it is a SERIOUS matter. Kevin is VERY short staff and guess who's paying the price? THE RESIDENTS. I honestly feel SO bad for all the residents who live in this facility. My heart literally breaks. The elderly have no idea what is going on, all they know is they are taken care of VERY WELL by these girls and then they all of a sudden just don't show up anymore to take care of them because Kevin is selfish and thinks it's okay to just fire NEEDED AND GOOD caregiviers over nothing. I understand phones are not acceptable or whatever, but if a resident is NOT complaining about a caregivier, being neglected by one, abused by one, or not getting the cares they need by one, then it is not that serious to fire. THESE RESIDENTS NEED THESE GIRLS.
