Don't ever, wont ever, refuse to ever give these folk's 'One' kind word! I truly think the director is on drugs? I think it's a shame the way they treat the residents here and I pray the state shuts they're doors! Elder abuse and drama trauma at it's worst! Glad I escaped this Hell House!
