I am employed at the Waterford at Hartford and it is the best Care Giving facilities in Hartford. We the staff work as a team and thrive to make sure the residents know how important they are to us and that we are there for them no matter what. We always put the residents first and do what it takes to make sure they are cared for as we would want to be cared for if it was us or one of our family members.

Wonderful place for your loved ones. They have amazing staff, caring, clean, lots of activities for residents to do and a great atmosphere.

I was welcomed to the team with open arms. This became more then a job. This is a family! Staff and residents. I get the privilege of seeing all the residents smile everyday and enjoy each others company, food, and activities. If I had to place a family meme bet Id definitely choose here. Thank you for giving me this opportunity Waterford.
