Awesome property and management. The maintenance team gets it done. Would rent here in a heartbeat. Sam and Meghan were the best.

Sam and Brenna at the Orchard/Falcon Glen are amazing to work with! My girlfriend and I were looking at apartments last summer with the plan to move in Spring of 2020. Once we toured the Orchard with Sam, we knew this place was special. Sam kept us informed for over 6 months while we approached our move-in window. He did everything he could to get us into a unit we could afford and it couldnt have worked out better! Sam wasnt available upon our move-in date, but Brenna did an awesome job showing us our new home and making sure we had everything we needed. One thing to note that I have seen on other reviews: If you are moving here from a house, your new neighbors will make more noise than youre used to. It really doesnt bother us because we are used to apartment living. Noise from neighbors, whether intentional or not, is always going to be there when you are sharing walls. Overall, Id give the Orchard 6 stars if I could because of their awesome staff!

Before relocating out of Wisconsin I lived at The Orchard for over two years. The small complex is quiet and well maintained. The neighbors were friendly. There are a number of restaurants and bars located very near. Downtown Milwaukee is minutes away. There is also very easy access to the Root River parkway for walking, running, or biking. I cannot recall any serious problems with the unit I rented. Management was always extremely responsive to any request I made. If I were to return to the Milwaukee area, The Orchard would be the very first place I would contact about renting an apartment.
