Wyndemere Assisted Living

Changed my 1 star rating to a 5!! Ive been hearing so many good things about this facility since they got new management! My great grandmother is here at this facility so Im very grateful for the change. Keep up the great work!!

I spent many hours here with my mom getting her settled in February 2020. The staff was very compassionate and caring, and the facility was clean and bright. They encourage residents to personalize their rooms, so it doesn't feel institutional. They had multiple daily activities, and the food was prepared on site, not frozen commissary food. And in the warm months, there is a small courtyard where residents can be outdoors enjoying the sunshine safely.Four months later, I am still pleased. They are taking appropriate precautions to protect against COVID-19 (restricting family visits, social distancing, and using personal protective equipment) and are helping to facilitate video visits and window visits. I miss her tremendously, and I know it is hard for her to be there without family, but I know she is much safer and well cared for at Wyndemere than she would be alone in her home, or even in my home. I couldn't be more grateful.
