Moraine Ridge Senior Living & Reflections

Worked there: not impressed, its filthy- for 3 days no one vacuumed floors, washed prints and stuff off glass windows and doors, trash cans in all common areas including bathroom overfull, in basement there are numerous trash bins for 3 days at least OVERFLOWING and trash bags being left on garage floors!! No one helps, 1 maintenance guy part time. Never there, light bulbs in halls dim over 3 days!!! Administration never once said hello to residents or me the receptionist!!! I dont suggest working there or keeping your family living there!! My opinion not clean or friendly. Which made me extremely sad for residents. (Residents super sweet and kind- i ll miss them!)

My mother has lived at Moraine Ridge for several years with absolutely no complaints. Whenever anything breaks, maintenance is right there to fix it. She just raves about the meals. The caregivers go out of their way to help her in any way they can. Management is always available to talk to. She loves it so much, she has recommended it to several of her friends. Thank You to all who work at Moraine Ridge, keep up the great work!

Careless staff! Abuse and neglect to the residents. Im shocked they are still able to be open. New employees all the time. My great aunt was here and Im so happy that I got her out of here when I did. My aunt was left on the toilet for an hour and found crying, also had a diaper rash from sitting in her diaper for so long. So sad. Pure ABUSE and NEGLECT.

As an employee for moraine ridge for only 3 months. I can honestly say how much I enjoy working there. I have been a cna for 10 years and worked in skilled and home care. I have worked with some really great employees, and I honestly enjoy getting know each staff member at Moraine Ridge and Reflections. Each resident is very unique in their own way. And learning who they were in their younger days is very refreshing and very exciting to hear, for each resident is not the same. When your new to a company it can become for uneasy for a person and at times very hard to learn your position as well as learning new residents and their cares. Training cane natural and learning the cares, I easily caught on through the help of the staff at Moraine Ridge. Each and everyone of you have made my transition easy and comfortable and I truly grateful for the staff and residents at Moraine Ridge. I look forward to the new year with my coworkers and residents, and watching the growth and potential that this company has and offers! Very thankful!
