RidgeStone Terrace

My father-in-law, Joe, was at RidgeStone for 2 years. He was 92 years old when he first went into assisted living. We were very impressed with the staff, the facility, the food, and the management.The staff were very friendly, competent and caring. You could tell they really cared for Joe. There was almost no staff turnover. Although I visited often, they would call me with updates or issues. Dawn, the activities co coordinator, would get him involved in activities and cook special breakfasts. The staff became my friends as well as Joe's, we will miss them.The rooms are well designed, with a living room, kitchenette and bathroom, they are bright and kept clean. Joe appreciated his comfortable room and the individual temperature setting, he liked it at 78 degrees.The food was very good, my husband and I ate there on occasion. Joe was not so fond of the food but he got to the point where he was not happy with any food, even his old favorites at 5 star restaurants. The only thing he liked was deserts.The management was very supportive of Joe's needs, his mental and physical well being. Marsha was so kind and loving towards all the residents. She worked with us to ensure Joe's mental and physical well being were both being met. If you are considering an assisted living facility, I would highly recommend RidgeStone. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful 2 years for Joe!!!!!!!

A five star facility for sure! Loving, supportive and caring staff. Modern, clean and very home like feeling in the common areas of Ridgestone. Each resident has their own one or two bedroom apartment, complete with refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast is set out every morning, fresh coffee, juices, milk, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit trays, along with fresh pastry. Great meals are also served at noon and at 5:00pm.
