I worked for tender reflections a for a little over 3 months and I tell you worst place I ever worked for. My last check they took money from me that they did not inform because I was there longer then 90 days that they were not allowed the money it says before 90 days and I was there til January 1 also I had been paid holiday pay for thanksgiving and every other holiday but when I came to Xmas day I got stuck there for more then 12 hours and Im they did not pay me my holiday pay so my final check they took over 300$ from me. They also take money and dont give it back like they should. They dont care who they hire they will hire anyone and they dont care about the residents at all my fianc was the cook and when he left was due to there not being food for him to make and he got fed up like these residents pay a lot

Not sure what the inside & staff are like but the outside looks terrible. It certainly isnt welcoming for new residents. The weeds around the building are atrocious. It looks like the building was abandoned. A very bad reflection on the facility & the neighborhood. If theres a money shortage or lack of interest in upkeep, maybe request volunteers to help.

Terrible place to work due to the fact that management and the owner are heartless and so out of touch and verbally abusive towards staff. I feel terrible for the residents since a lot of great staff were chased off due to being treated like garbage.
