Parkside Assisted Living is a wonderful place with caring staff and great residents. Satisfying home cooked meals, a variety of activities for residents, and a well-rounded place to be.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed in this facility. I have heard many negative things about staff, management and other concerns that should be brought up to state. The management shares personal and inaccurate information regarding staff members. They tend to pick favorites with staff members and takes the word 'extra chances' to another level regarding staff. They are extremely unprofessional and only help themselves for their own convenience and use the residents as a source of income. When a new resident walks into the building the only thing they see is dollar signs and the needs of the residents don't mean anything to them. I WOULD NOT recommend this facility to any family or resident due to the lack of caring for residents, being unappreciative of staff members and just the overall unprofessional setting.

Absolutely love this facility! Bonnie at the front desk greets everyone with warmth and genuine affection. Sue creates wonderful, balanced meals that are homemade and satisfying and Maddy organizes great activities for the residents. The facility is always neat, clean and a happy place to be!
