My grandmother has been well taken care of. The staff is always kind, sincere, and helpful. From afar I can rest easy knowing she is surrounded by genuine staff who care about her well-being.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Things went missing from my grandpa's room, we found his phone charger in the employee break room and staff cut the remote off my grandpa's electric chair, permanently ruining it. Staff left my grandpa out in the sun on hot days and we found him with pools of sweat under his wheel chair. No matter how many times we spoke up about the neglect to staff, terrible situations kept occurring. Enough is enough. We decided to transfer him to a much better facility.Do not take your loved ones here.
