High staff turnover. Understaffed. Poor communication.

High staff turnover and always understaffed. Meals arrive at the table cold or at best room temperature. Off campus activities rarely happen because their bus is often not running. On campus activities like exercise or games are hit or miss. People gather for a scheduled activity then sit and wait. Sometimes someone shows up to lead the activity, many times they dont. Cleaning of the units is a joke. If the cleaning person is on vacation the units dont get cleaned. Deep cleaning NEVER happens. They charge premium prices for sub par delivery on all the things they promise. Cant wait to move my loved one out of there.
