The Hamilton House was a nightmare for our family. Let me repeat, a nightmare. Don't let the new building fool you. The five star reviews here must be company shills. The truth is that they cannot retain staff or management. Staff calls in sick for the holiday weekends and are grossly understaffed. Our family member was not safe there. There are many violations we observed. The last week there we had to be there 24x7 because of safety issues. If you have a loved one who needs this type of care, do not sentence them to this place. Why did I give it one star and not zero? The kitchen staff and the food are very good. It's the only thing they got right.Did I mention that this place was a nightmare?
