Poor management wouldn't tell anyone to apply here. Dont ever work for them they are a horrible company. The new DON didnt even get to know her weekend employees and fired the whole staff. We were sitting in there for about a month without any mask and everyone else had mask on. They dont value there employees and fired us wrongfully there was no warnings given we did are job and the resident loved us. They were upset at the changss in the hours from the weekday and the kitchen staff not giving them rhere meals on time and not giving some residents food.

Having retired from a career in wealth management, I was often in senior and assisted living facilities. My mother chose this one, and moved away as soon as her lease was up. It is THE most poorly run facility I have ever experienced.

My elderly parents moved into the senior apartments after they lost their ability to drive due to macular degeneration. Once they adjusted to leaving their house of 50 years it turned out to be a great thing for them. The people are friendly and the Regency is constantly providing them with social events to work out, welcome new neighbors, watch movies, play bingo, etc. I'm convinced they're much happier than if they stayed in their house.Residents can personalize their own entryway which allows them to make their place 'home'. Deer and turkeys, yes turkeys, visit the grounds from the conservancy in back. The Regency is a great place to retire and it brings me relief to know they're in such a nice place.
