This review is on behalf of a resident of Brillion West Haven who has asked for me to post this on her behalf.I enjoy living at West Haven, my boys did a good job on choosing a new place for me to call home. Everything is nice, I feel safe, the staff is super and there's a great variety of activities. I especially enjoy the live music! ~ Carol S.
Dee Haven
This was the best place my dad could have lived for the last 11 months of his life. The staff is very caring and dedicated. There are plenty of activities for the residents and the building is clean and welcoming. My dad loved the people that worked there and enjoyed his 'middle of the night' (when he couldn't sleep) chats and hot chocolate with the staff. He was happy, safe and well cared for at West Haven. And when the end came for him the staff cried along with me and hugged him and me. Thank you Brillion West Haven!
