I would give this Facility 1 star if I was able. My identity is hidden due to the threatening and narcissistic behavior of Jody Lueck the current ED. Sense most of the staff has quit my loved one has not been in clean clothes or received a shower. Medication is not being given to my loved one on time. From what I have observed and from living in town Jody appears to be dating a Lead Staff member by the name of Kyle A who is never on the floor anymore and when I come to visit he is always sitting in her office. When I have addressed these issues with the Director she has always made excuses. I have contacted cooperate and state and they have done nothing. This is my last hope to save my loved one and the friends my loved one has made at Charleston House. My next step if nothing is done is sadly to move my loved one out.

Being an employee of Charleston House has been an exceptional experience. The rest of the staff is well trained and I hear nothing but positive comments and remarks from the residents here. The ED Jody Lueck and Lead Care Staff Kyle Anton are especially professional in their fields.

I have been employed by Landmark At Charleston House for less than a year. During this time, I have developed an admiration for the staff. They assist one another to provide the best possible care for the residents. Management has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my employment. They made me feel comfortable during my transition from part time to full time. I also enjoy the interaction with the residents on a daily basis. They are a joy to see each and every day.

I have lived at the Charleston house for over two years. I have enjoyed my experience here overall. Between price of unit and square footage and all services provided, the Charleston house is above all other assisted livings in the area. I am the youngest male person here but have enjoyed being around older people all my life and enjoy being with the other residents. All staff have been helpful and I receive good services from all staff.
