The staff and management treated my mom/family as if she was their own family. They were very caring, loving and professional!!

Staff and Managment is awesome. They love their residents and take wonderful care of them. The Food is wonderful and a wide range of diets are followed. The care the staff gives each and everyone of the residents is the best care anyone can give. They take the time with each and everyone of them. The activities are done 3 times a day. The residents are clean, healthy and enjoy their stay. The truley enjoy the Happy hour on Fridays and Ice cream socials on sundays. Family's are invited to attend the fun. Please join us.

This place does not take care of their residents well at all, the owners and administrators are very rude to staff and even family members of residents that I have seen personally, someone was gonna be getting evicted and the owner in the hallway gave the eviction notice to the POA of the resident and then the POA mentioned how unproffessional giving the eviction notice in front of other residents was, and the owner started raising her voice at the lady saying things that I cant repeat because it would be against the HIPPA agreement I signed. I used to be an employee at this terrible establishment I quit after 3 weeks because I could not work for a place that was disorganized, short staffed, and treated the staff like they are servants and treated them literally like they were nothing when they were under a lot of stress. The breakfast that the residents get fed is frozen microwavable bacon and pancakes, all microwavable food for all three meals with some exceptions, yes it was MUCH easier for us workers to make food for them but I would be FURIOUS is I had a grandparent there getting fed the garbage that they fed them. There was a coworker of mine that was a colored lady that was awesome at her job and an all around good woman she was my partner at work that worked doubles all the time to where she could barely function properly she was so wore out and tired. With talking to her and listening to her rant about how wore out she is because she keeps getting put on doubles because they cant keep employees at that place because the quality of life for those poor residents is hard to watch for people who actually care about the people they take care of and arent just there to collect a 4 hour short paycheck, and when confronting her about it she said that I was wrong, (I always kept record of hours worked) due to a few people leaving reviews saying that they shorted checks more than once i always took pics of the punch in time on the computer. They absolutley were discriminating against my partner regarding her wage, she was there 2 and a half years and was getting paid 11.25 an hour she said while contemplating quitting because they wouldnt give her a raise and tended to give her heavier work loads not to mention working 5 doubles in a row just within the short time i was able to tolerate the place including the owner making her scrub the walls while she was in the middle of cleaning the dining room and folding laundry because the owner was stressed out about the POA saying how she was gonna get the state involved because she didnt like how her family member was treated and how sanitary it was there. I only had 3 months experience all together being a caregiver in the field and I started out at $14/hr and my coworker asked for raises, flat out discrimination, The POA and owner had a loud argument about the eviction. I am shocked that state didnt shut them down yet. And when it came to residents they were not very happy there and I feel were put under too many rules and the administrator really did not talk nice all the time to the residents about staff and other residents in front of other residents. I quit at this place 4 months ago I havent put a review until now because I just wanted to be calmed down about the place so I didnt say something foolish because I was so irrate. All of the stuff mentioned is real and I either heard it or seen these things myself. Please take me seriously this is not the type of place a loving family would be okay with their loved ones going.

Edit* you changed the name of your facility and you're having your employees write reviews in an attempt to raise your 2 star rating. These reviews are biased and people need to know the truth about this place. Facility staff reviews proves the shady business practices that is ongoing at your facility. It's appalling facility staff need to write reviews because real people are reviewing your establishment badly. It's sad and shady.

Staff is always going above and beyond for my family. The rooms are nice size with a private bathroom and shower in every room!!
