This company has poor morals, is set up to take from clients, funnel money, degrades clients quality of life, maintains and even backs staff memebers that violate laws and compliance. When staff violate codes or policys and its reported to regional staff, such as medication errors by senior staff members (even with picture proof) they fail to act on it or report it to state and continue to let those individuals work with clients and continue to administer medications. The former owners of the company own all of the facilities and charge rent and other fees, while the company is still responsible for repairs, updates, etc. The former owners also conveniently hold board member positions like CFO, even though theyre supposed to be hands off since they no longer own it, and is allegedly employee owned (aka they just run it behind the scenes and through threats at quarterly meetings).Additionally they purposely adjust/twist/bend policys to their benefit to make individuals who leave or are let go are unable to receive compensation, benefits and/or bonuss that they were entitled to. They also claim to have an ESOP for staff, that so far has lacked validity, and they fail to provide requested information. All in all DO NOT work here and DO NOT send your loved ones or clients to live here!
