The review by Salam Kahn is a complete lie and has been reported to Google. He never lived at Oakwood Apts. He lived at a rental house with his young friends and they left it in deplorable condition requiring much labor to clean, and they actually owed money.

Rent was expensive. And the apartment was leased, which means you cant change or shift from your apartment. Tenants were rude and always greedy for money specially Fred Giggenbach. I never got back my security deposite money.Worst place in white sulphur spring... would never recommend

This a family owned apartment complex near The Greenbrier Hotel. There is no crime and it is well maintained. Tenants are cared for and treated well. There is an emphasis placed on property upkeep. This was built by Fred Giggenbach, Sr, an immigrant from Germany.
