Just a very poor place to work and for clients. So much misinformation, hard to get answers and very inconsiderate. This starts from the CEO to the Direct Care Manager and the RN. There is such a lack of compassion and empathy within this organization. I tried to work for them and found it to be the most confusing organization I've ever worked for. My suggestion, there are other home care organizations to find help for your family and better companies to work for in this field.So it was a waste of my time to call this company when asked by the CEO. It is apparent that they cannot take responsibility for the lack of training and communication issues they have within this organization. Good luck!

Piss poor service, kicked my mom off of recieving services because they claimed she was racist. She isnt racist not by a long shot. Maybe tgey need to review they're Employee's and do some back ground checks, and also look into seeing what really went on in the home not go buy what an client said. My mom has t ti 6 inter racial grand kids so tell me how she is being racist. Come on people lets get with the program
