This facility needs a better phone system for the patients! A cordless phone with the base at the nurses station is useless. I've tried several times to talk to my sister who is a patient there and can't understand anything she says and apparently she can't me either because the connection is bad to non-existent. Are the owners too cheap to have a phone and a TV in each patient room like a normal Rehab Center? The patients are told to bring their own cell phone and their own TV!!Sorry if I sound upset, but I live in NC and can't be there with her so calling is the only way I can visit with her right now.
