Most of these negative comments on here are from people who were fired for abuse/neglect or for not showing up for work. I can say, as someone who works here, we are short staffed, but we all try very hard. Management certainly has their flaws, but no more than any other nursing home.And while the food isnt something you'd see on a cooking show, it certainly isn't 'pig slop.'Overall, i can safely say worthington is the best nursing home i have ever worked at. They're not perfect, but they are better than most.

Horrible place to work its just a horrible facility all around i would never send a family memeber or recommend anyone to this facility and it has poor management they dont care about their employees or residents just to clarify i was not fired from this place i worked there two times and i ended up leaving both times because of how bad the facility is I have definitely worked at better facilities
