Milton Housing Authority and the persons associated with them including, but not limiting to: JAMES PETERSON, JACK HATFIELD, JOHN HATHAWAY, CANDY STEELE, ITS COMMITTEE MEMBERS, ITS MANAGER, AND ITS AGENTSoperates and manages: MILTON MANOR, located at 1315 Smith Street, Milton, West Virginia, apartment complex for the elderly and the disabled. MILTON HOUSING AUTHORITY borrows money from the United State of America acting through the Farmers Home Administration of the United States Department of Agriculture ;hereby known as FmHa]. Milton Housing Authority receives Federal Subsidies on the behalf of the tenant[s] at said address as described above. These tenant[s] received Federal Rental Assistance for his or her apartment, at Milton Manor. Milton Housing Authority is governed and regulated by FmHa , and Federal Agencies, and by West Virginia Law and Statues. Milton Housing Authority is required to comply with all Federal Regulations and with all State Regulations and Requirements However, Milton Housing Authority and the named persons associated with it has willfully refused to comply with these regulations and requirements as set forth to them.for Milton Manor.. They have willfully acted in bad faith . Their Business Practices for Milton Manor has been in direct violation of these FmHa Regulations, Federal Regulations, and with Local and State Regulations and Requirements. JAMES PETERSON [Chairman] of Milton Housing Authority has been directly involved in the violations of FmHa Regulations, Federal Regulations, and with Local and State Regulations. He has willfully refused to follow and comply with the law . WHEREFORE, as a direct and proximate result of MILTON HOUSING AUTHORITY and the named persons associated with it, willfully refusing to follow and comply with FmHa Regulations, Federal Regulations, and with State Regulations at Milton Manor on or before February 17,2013: THERE ARE OUTSTANDING COMPLAINT [S] filed against them with Federal Agencies and with Consumer Protection Agencies for their business practices at Milton Manor, and for FmHa Violations, Federal violations, and for State violations.
