Nobody ever answers the phone number. The directory for workers always says no extension available! Ive called since July 11th 2019! Made a trip today to see my worker and give them the paperwork they requested and the black haired woman with black trimmed glasses refused to help or even let me see a worker. This is a shame that you cant reach anyone and then drive there and the worker says she doesnt know what to do. Shameful and disappointing.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past week and no one answers their phone it keeps saying leave a message and they will call me back within one business day and they never do if I could give zero stars I would the front desk keeps saying they are with a client well youre not with a client for a week.
