Do not, under any circumstances buy a home from this company. I made that mistake 2 years ago and it has been nothing but headaches since then for myself and my neighbors. They cut so many corners that we are all paying the price for their mistakes. We have major drainage issues and more than a few cracked foundations. Their construction managers are unresponsive and just don't care. We are all having to pay thousands of dollars out of our own pocket to repair drainage issues that couId have been solved for a fraction of the cost if they knew what they were doing. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I am a excavations contractor and we dig a lot of there foundations in North central WV. You could not give me one of the homes they build, they do things the cheapest they can and cut every Conner possible. If you are looking for a quality home builder I would recommend Hartland Home's or Barns Builders
