I publicly want to give a my gratitude to Ocean Station, Head Nursing , Social workers, financing department. A big shout out to the Front desk and any other team members I have forgotten. Thank you for being such a Great Team. During this ever changing climate, I Truly feel they have been supportive of my loved ones needs. Continuing to keep family as informed as possible. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. You are so appreciated. Sincerely Heather

My wife and I moved into TLRC nursing in June 2019. The staff - especially the nurses and nurses' aides - treats us and other residents with warmth kindness and skill. Even the agency staff meets this standard. The rooms and even the halls are full of natural light. You can step outdoors easily, into one of many courtyards. The overall atmosphere is open and friendly. For a large operation [several hundred residents in independent and assisted living and nursing] it runs smoothly for the most part with a humane and civilized vibe. We feel lucky. PS: the food is really good.

This place is going down hill fast! It was so depressing to work here. No one cares!!! Nurses slept at the nurses station all the time. Rarely could I get a warm blanket for a resident, because staff kept using them. They have to depend on agency and the bare minimum is done, at best. I wouldn't put a loved one in here! People are rude and uncaring and they're chasing away good staff. There's no leadership and just no one cares! It's a horrible heartless place!
