Spring Ridge

Worst experience ever working for this place . The staff there dont even work together , I seen medication drop to the floor and still given to the resident.When state comes they send a group message telling everyone that they are there. The only way to have the place clean Or the resident room clean is when the state, owner or the family member calls and say there coming . The one female that suppose to do the schedule and the nurse are the worst . The worst thing ever is that I have experience how they just ignore resident and have them in one place half of the day . In my own experience I can say I was left with all in memory care by myself and literally everyone left to I dont know where. I brought it up cause it was my second time left by myself. And when I did I got talked too cause I spoke up . Wow . A lot people dont say anything cause they know they wouldnt do anything about it. If you care for your love ones dont send them there. There so many more wrong with this place that it wouldnt fit here.

This place is utterly ridiculous!!!! They cant keep people. Maybe its because they allow people to test positive for marijuana but let them work there anyway telling them if they get hurt their insurance and L and I wont cover them. People are working their shifts stoned. Some are Pregnant and stoned !!! The Memory care part is atrocious! BTW these stoned employees are responsible for handing out your loved ones meds.

I've been employed at spring ridge for almost 2 years now, I love it here we have great management they are very involved with staff and great at what they. Tonya is a great role model for our building. both Tonya and Brin have been great assets to our facility in multiple ways. I love the time I've spent here at spring ridge especially with the residents. this is a very rewarding job to have and I love every bit of it .

The caregivers are great but the women running the place is a very unprofessional. I overheard her bad mouthing her staff in a hallway and she didnt know I was standing around the corner at the vending machine while I was there visiting my mom. She had. horrible things to say and said she would make up reasons to fire them all and that she didnt didn't care about any of them. I found that very disturbing and got my mother out of there as soon as I could. I didn't want someone like that in charge of where my mother was being cared for.

I am a caregiver at this facility and I love working here. Everyone is very nice and professional. The management team always supports all of the staff in every way they can. Theyre constantly doing things to make it none they appreciate us , example pizza , donuts , Italian soda , AND GREAT PAY. I love my job and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you for being amazing people. Thank you for supporting us and giving great care for the residents , much appreciated. #springridgeteam
