They took wonderful care of our mother. The staff went above and beyond on a regular basis and their compassion was felt whenever we would visit, right up until her passing.

From reading of them and their dedication, meeting them and expressly feeling their dedication, to having them take care of our 73 year old family member at stage 5~6 of Alzheimer's, they get 10 stars for their true dedication. One and all are kind, have understanding of the world of an Alzheimer patient, have wisdom that needs to be and is so personalized. THEY TRULY CARE, LITERALLY 100%. Death comes eventually. It did today for our loved one and how Pioneer Place prepared our loved and us over these last week's has been amazing. Last night started with a phone call in the middle of the early a.m. Our relative died within 1.5 hours of our arrival. Pioneer Place was so observant, so timely, so compassionate, so caring and wise. We love each person who works there. One eventually will meet them all. Pioneer Place gets and deserves this 10 's out of 5 . We would recommend then to anyone and everyone to have a loved one be card for and or to work for.
