My mother had a terrible experience at this facility.She was in rehab for 16 days and had a horrific experience.Her condition worsened the minute she arrived to oursurprise. We got her out to a doctors appt and were horrifiedwhen we saw her. After 16 days at Touchmark we did notrecognize here. When seeing her at doctor we instead senther immediately to the emergency hospital. Her kidneyswere failing, major dehydration, low blood pressure, vomitingepisodes. After 4 days at the hospital and recovering we havesent her to a different facility and she is doing GREAT!! Do nottrust your loved ones to Touchmark! In addition to the aboveissues they also dropped our mothers hearing aids in WATEROVERNIGHT. Just an overall terrible experience. Do notbelieve their GREAT RATINGS!! Stay AWAY!!
