Ridgeview Place

I applied for employment and I received an email from them about setting up a zoom interview. We set up a date and time for the interview and when it came time for the interview, there was no one on the other end of the zoom video, it kept saying its waiting for the host to start the interview so I ended up calling them on the phone to ask them whats going and they said theyre having trouble with zoom and cant do the interview. I guess its a good thing I called them to ask because they werent going to let me know whats going and I would have just been there waiting for them. Then we set a time for the following day to do the interview and yet again there is no one on the other end of zoom( waiting for host to start meeting). I called facility and asked them where is the person thats supposed to be doing my interview, the person that answered the phone said that person is on break and shell be back in 15 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and the person is still on break and will be back in 15 minutes. I called again 2 hours later and the person thats supposed to do my interview had left for the day and I asked how come she left without doing my interview or contacting me to let me know seeing as the person that answered the phone the other 2 times said she texted the person to let her know about my interview but the person didnt have an answer for it. Thats just ridiculous how they treat people like that.

I worked here for a week and I found that the resident rooms are not properly taken care of. There is a dire need for housekeeping! Complete filth in the resident bathrooms and there seems to be a complete lack in orientation. The staff have no idea what they are doing. You can find most of the staff outside smoking multiple times a shift and ignoring call lights. Rather sad for the residents I would say.
