Looked at virtual tours and looked around the property via PCC. The building is lovely but every time I walk past on my route to and from work theres always someone SMOKING right outside the building. Im pretty sure thats illegal within 25ft here in Seattle. I always see windows open because of the weather and feel bad they have to breathe in smoke. Maybe if this lessens on my route Ill consider this location but I cant take that constantly. Is this a non smoking building?

overall it has been very good, love the views, the park across the street, and the staff has been great. I just wish the gym were open... but you know.. COVID-19 and all.
