My mother has been at Aegis on Madison (on the Memory Floor) for a couple of weeks. Our family's experience with Aegis has been nothing short of fantastic. The facilities are first class, but the gold is in their people (we noticed that Aegis was rated as a great place to work and it shows). One example was a young lady that tracked us down in the coffee shop next door to deliver us a missing piece of equipment for Mom's wheelchair (she knew we were going for a walk and the extra equipment really helped). A big thank you to all the staff especially on the Memory Floor (2nd Floor) for welcoming my Mom and treating us like family. You're awesome!
