They mistreat and abuse all the residents here. They do not respect resident rights. They are totally two faced liars. If you have any concern it will be met with unprofessionalism and confrontation. The owner is in this business for the money. Just hire minimum wage, inexperienced help from the bar and sit at home counting money and debating what car or adult toys to buy next. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CARE ABOUT WHERE YOU DECIDE TO KEEP YOUR MOTHER OR FATHER.

I have been a caregiver for 11 years now and worked many places over the years... every place has its faults and mistakes made but willow creek adult family home is one of my favorite places to work.... I worked there for 3 years and currently trying to go back... The owner/boss is very caring and understanding when things need to be addressed and she handles things accordingly. I am very sad to see such horrible reviews and words said by ignorant people who do not know what the hell they are talking about. If willow creek was as bad as everyone says... it would have been shut down by now... any allegations or situations that have arised have been taken care of legally and thoroughly and she has stayed in business. Think about that.

Shame on Willow Creek. This Adult family home knowingly hired a resident manager that was abusive to the residents and staff for years and years. The state set up an investigation based on these awful allegations and told Willow Creek that they need to fire that horrible lady. The manager agreed...But the next time they came to check on the house that nightmare of a lady was back at the house and still working. I would never ever put someone I love into willow creek. The owner only cares about her income and will not work a minute as a caregiver in one of her own homes. Please look into the investigations on willow creek before considering this place.

First off, I need to address the negative reviews. The director (Jeannie) has pretty high standards for caregivers. Those high standards coupled with the fact that caring for seniors with extreme mobility challenges is very difficult- means you're going to have pretty high turnover. Jeannie is a tough cookie, and I think if you work for her and step out of line she'll show you the door real quick. I get a feeling that several of the negative reviews are from former caregivers that didn't meet Jeannie's standards. Now, as far as the facilities- they're nice, safe, and the residents seem happy. I always drop by unannounced and I've never seen anything but good care. Willow Creek is a great place for anyone who needs extra care.
