Wrong person's Advanced Directives sheet was on the inside of a patient's door.It was 5 yrs old &didn't belong to the patient.There was no telling how long it had been there.The said patient had been hospitalized several times.No one his sheet!Why?

You can tell right away clients come first here. The moment I walked in the director was helpful & as I sat and wanted I saw care workers checking in with residents in a friendly way routinely.

My mother is here. Apartments do not have individual heat/cool control so rooms on upper floor are too hot in summer. Families are required to provide cooling. Suggest selecting a facility with updated apartments. As with all facilities, staff is in constant turnover.
