Proud to be able to work at this amazing Community! The teamwork that goes on in this building is unlike any other community I have worked for! From the great food, to the amazing activity department, to the dedicated nursing department, you will not find a more loving place to put your love one!

My Wife spent the last two years as a Resident at the Garden Courte Memory Care facility in Olympia, Washington. All the Garden Courte Staff Members provided her the best care possible to support her on her Dementia related journey. This includes the Caregivers, LPN's, Medical, Vibrant Life, Dietary Preparation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and the entire Management Team. Everyone performed their duties in an effective, coordinated and outstanding manner. I was blessed to be lead to Garden Courte during my review, evaluation and selection of the Memory Care facility that would best meet my wife's needs as she continued on her Dementia journey. Garden Courte became her new home with a new and loving extended family who were there for her each day to support her needs. That unconditional support for my Wife was also extended to me ... her Husband. They also helped me through many difficult times over the last two years.

This is a wonderful memory care facility. My grandma had a super rapid decline (from living in her home to in this facility in two weeks) and Garden Court was super helpful in transitioning her to the memory care lifestyle. After a full day visiting my grandma at the hospital and talking to the social worker, it was determined that only two places would consider taking my grandmother, who was incontinent, wheelchair bound and showing signs of severe dementia (and was diagnosed with terminal cancer). Garden Court was the first recommendation and across the street from the hospital, so my family and I decided to stop by after the hospital visit (and after business hours) to just check out the place and see if we could make an appointment to talk to them. To our surprise, we were able to meet with the admissions people and get a tour of the facility and they got the ball rolling on possibly getting my grandmother transitioned that night. They were very upfront on the scope of care they provided, who thrived in their facility, and how they determined the level of care. They were able to determine the proper amount of care for my grandmother and admit her when almost no one else would and my family is very grateful for that. Now, my grandmother has been at the facility for about two weeks and she is getting the around the clock care she needs and has many social opportunities and activities that she never had while living at home. The staff is very attentive and they all seem to really care about the residents here. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to place their loved one in memory care.PS In response to DL Reeves' review: they do like their residents to be on proper medication so that they have the best quality of life and especially if they exhibit behaviors that are dangerous to the staff or other patients.
