Terrible place. There is a reason these places are often referred to as 'don't care facilities'. This is it' They often don't listen to important needs of the resident. They tell you the rules and then change them to suite their needs not the the resident. The staff seems very unhappy. Hearing them complain amongst themselves especially late at night makes it even clearer.
