My mother stayed here after a procedure due to requiring IV antibiotics multiple times a day. Some workers were great, but some were horrible. She had items go missing, they left her roommate in soiled diapers regularly, they yelled at one of the delusional patients to shut up and they dispensed her medication incorrectly on numerous occasions. People would go without bathing due to the bathing assistants schedule. I was grateful that my mom was able to leave im good health but still feel sad about the people that were in there. Some of the workers were very pleasant, but the bad ones were enough to make me give a low rating.

My family and I were very apprehensive to take mom to a nursing home. We were very surprised at the treatment and care Regency showed mom and us. Their nursing team was very professional, answered all the medical questions we had, and the level of care was great. I knew when I left at night she would be well taken care of and she was safe. Mom was not impressed with the food, however the kitchen team tried hard to accommodate her preferences. The management team helped us set goals on moms recovery and what to expect when she is discharged. Our experience was amazing! They are professional, caring, clean, secure and organized. We would recommend this facility to all.

I overheard a nursing aide call a resident lazy when the aide was suppose to be helping feed the resident. I reported her to the director of nursing and Human Resources. She still works there. How many times are nursing staff allowed to abuse residents before they get fired? Also during meal times I see the nursing aides hiding around corners eating the residents food. They shouldnt be eating any of there leftovers especially if its not during a break. Also heard a resident screaming for help so I found two nursing aides sitting in the dining room eating resident food and told them and there response was oh we know. They didnt do anything. They continued sitting there and did not respond to the resident . The company cut the dietary departments buget so now they are serving smaller portions and knock off kool-aide instead of juice. Also a lot of the dishes are from st. Vincent DePaul the thrift store. Sometimes they buy their bread at Walmart, and its the 99cent loafs. Some of the nursing staff is great. Some of them are trash. Management doesnt seem to care, but they do put on a good show when the state inspectors are there.

Nice staff. Seemed a bit tired. But overall, friendly and inviting. Did their job well and greeted the patient properly. Nice place for a rehab.
