We have lived here over a year and love it. Nice apartments and the staff are friendly and helpful. Any problem gets taken care of right away. Sorry to see negative comments.

I wrote a previous review that was not very positive and I regret some of it as I wrote it on a very bad day with this Covid19 shutdown and kind of just couldn't take one more negative report, And if I could delete the review I would but it doesn't appear anyone reads these much anyway.I usually am very active and busy and I have been unable to participate in my usual activities now for 2 and half months, but that was very selfish of me as no one else has been able to either. Though some are not so negatively impacted by having to stay in and do very little as I am I think. Having worked as an RN for almost 40 years I am used to being active and just staying in has been extremely difficult. Now the weather is getting nicer and I and my dog can get out and walk I am feeling much better. The manager here and the staff are doing their very best under very difficult circumstances and this is of no fault of their's or anyone else. I am blessed to be able to live here and while I do hope I can get an apartment soon away from the noise of traffic on 172nd, I am comfortable and so blessed to be healthy during these difficult times. Please ignore my negative review of earlier, there is nothing perfect in life, this is not heaven, but considering how many are really struggling and facing losing so much I have no reason or desire to comp

The place looks nice and management was wonderful but after signing the lease it's a completely different story . The rent has gone up every time I've renewed my lease. They even raised the rent in the middle of the lease. I double checked the 'book' of a lease. They have it so they can change the rent basically whenever they want and dont give the option to leave when they do that. It's supposed to be income restricted but I dont know how they expect people to afford this place. My retirement check barely covers the bills. I'm seriously considering moving out as soon as the lease is up. The management is terrible. I moved into a brand new apartment, no one else had lived in it before. The carpet is already rippling and I live alone with no pets so it isnt that I'm rough on it. One if my walls has a crack in it and management says it's because 'the building is settling' and haven't fixed it. It makes it so my door doesnt close properly. They are also really restrictive. We had a free table where people could put things if they didnt want them anymore. Everyone loves it. They keep taking it away from us. Why? They have crazy 'quiet hour' rules and I have to pay close attention to when I run my dishwasher or do laundry. The way they do inspections is also terrible. I was told mine would be in two days...they show up the next day and early in the morning. I wasnt ready but they didnt care! One last rant...people here do not control their dogs and some are aggressive. They also dont clean up their pet messes...its disgusting. You've been warned and please read the other reviews. Look for something better.

This place is great right up until you have signed a lease and are locked in. Then that wonderful, caring facade ends. We have been lied to, ignored and left feeling that our family member is not being provided a safe and properly managed living environment. We have had several different employees tell us different stories about rules and regulations, each contradicting the other, usually when we have an issue, no one answers the phone or returns phone calls (including when paging the emergency maintence number). Bottom line is, these people are not qualified to be running this complex and for being such a new building, there are way too many problems (and excuses). I have spoken to several other residents who share our frustrations. Red flags everywhere!!

in my opinion this is not a good place. there has been people who have gotten kicked for being themselves, some people have stolen computers from the computer room which we do not have anymore. i am the grandchild of my grandma who lives there her name is tamara ann cooper she has told multiple storys of the people bullying her there. being accused of things that never happened. she is afraid to step out of her apartment that has leaked and broken down. this place is not okay.
