I have worked with Bond Properties and New Westside Terrace Assisted Living for over ten years. I've always found the facilities very clean, the staff friendly and caring. The tenants are always nice too. Everyone always seems happy. I would recommend Bond Properties.

I enjoy visiting with the people at New Westside Terrace. The interior is looking very nice after recent new furniture in lobby and dining room, new floors and carpet, and large murals painted on the walls by a local artist. The seniors are happy and enjoying their usual arts, crafts, and entertainment; and especially are enjoying Summer activities like fieldtrips fishing, picnics, visiting lilac gardens, beach parties, and other fun things. I feel envious! I wanna go on those activities too!
