La Conner Retirement Inn

This place and the people who work here are great. I am a retired Seattle Firefighter and I have seen the full spectrum of assisted living facilities, and I would rank this one at the top, so I encouraged my dad to move in, and he did. Staff is friendly and genuinely cares, atmosphere is clean and positive, location can't be beat (downtown LaConner), and last but not least, the food is awesome!

I have recently started working there as the activities director I haven't got much training but I'm enjoying myself and figuring things out the atmosphere is up beat and pleasant the staff are extremely friendly and the community itself I think they're a joy

I have had the privilege of working for this community over one year now and absolutely love it. Going to work each day is a pleasure and blessing, the residents are warm, friendly and very loving. I feel like part of a large extended family at the Inn. (Like I've been adopted) As Receptionist, I hear it all the good and the not so good, but I can honestly say that I receive compliments on a daily basis from visitors, family members, vendors as well as residents. People 'notice' the moment they enter, La Conner Retirement Inn is definitely a cut above the rest. I have been told many times, 'this is one of the nicest facilities i have ever visited.' Hearing this on a regular basis really makes an impact on the sincerity behind the compliment. Of course, I know how special it is, but to hear that from so many visitors means even more!Not only do we have the pleasure of getting to know the residents, but relationships with their families also develop over time and this just makes it all more special. I feel very proud to be part of an amazing, caring team of individuals that care so deeply for the residents and do everything in our power to not only meet expectations, but to exceed them! We are strong and very committed to be the best we can be!
