The on-site administration are caring people that have made Brookdale, Kirkland, a place of kindness and positive help for the aging and special needs people. I have 2 friends living there, who are the happiest and more settled than Ive ever seen them. Walk the halls, every nurse/caregiver calls them , and me, by name!! A very special place.

A family member lives here. She is very frustrated about the corporation that runs Brookdale Kirkland. Apparently the management feel they can take time in responding to issues, for their benefit not for the one who is paying the bill. The problems with this facility run the gamut from food to trips. Don't walk but run away if you are considering this place.
