Very well kept (Thanks to original landlord coming back+ glad your back...)you atleast get things done, quick to respond, gets whatever you need done promptly and provides messages to the tenants when situations of changes, in the event of such, and heads up warnings of anything that may be an inconvenience to us. Quiet and very updated with covered parking (must pay monthly if spot available) Shoveled in winter ( last landlords this year 2019 was not good, lazy didnt do front yard sidewalks and not responding to tanants needs) as said above original landlord is back and is fabulous, maintains yard, keeps everything mowed and trimmed. Very comfortable apartment with accent walls for larger feel, walk-in closets. Just don't care for heaters, they're along the walls, makes it hard to place furniture and creates expensive electricity bill which you pay separately through avista. No mailbox must rent a P.O Box.

My brother and I rented a two bedroom apartment for roughly 9 months. The apartment itself was in great condition, and the complex was well kept and quiet. Parking was never an issue on-street, and our small driveway was plowed every snowfall. There was a single small discrepancy we had with the unit, and it was fixed promptly within less than 24 hours. The complex manager Ryan is easy to work with and fair; our entire experience with him and Jerry was smooth and satisfactory. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex, 5/5.

After 2 1/2 months of waiting for repairs to happen on an apartment for my daughter, weekly phones checking on progress, her apartment was given to someone else NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
