The Orchards at Grandview

During this difficult time, there is still more than Covid to think about. Real people still need real help with things that happen to them that are not related to this pandemic. We had a patient in dire need of placement in a facility. The Orchards at Grandview welcomed our patient with open arms. They were the only ones brave and caring enough to take on a new patient. We are totally and forever grateful. It eases our hearts to know this person is now in a safe environment with people that care.

My dad has been in there since they opened and they treat the residents with kindness and care. I have waited sooooo long to have dad in memory care and they understand, especially the administrator and head nurse, how to treat people with memory issues. I have spoken with other staff as well and I appreciate that dad is there. So far so good. A friend of my dad's and mine was passing through that area and stopped by to see dad. He said, 'it really is a nice place. I was impressed.' Naturally, dad was sitting near the entrance since he is a people watcher. I'm very happy to know he is in good hands. I can sleep at night!(update) As I have continued to be in contact with the admin of the orchards I continue to be impressed with my dad's care. I really appreciate the staff! I always feel like I know how my dad is doing. I know he continues to get good nutrition and be well looked after. Thank you gals!

Excellent Memory Care and nice new remodeled areas!

The facility is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming. I was a bit nervous with it being about 40 miles from our home and where my father was living but I am very confident he will enjoy his new surroundings.
