Easy application and the fastest approval ever! Bailey has been super friendly and helpful over phone and email. The amenities were exactly what we were looking for and the apartments are beautiful. Can't wait to move in!

The manager what very nice and friendly but the renting agent Catherine I talked to was very rude she spoken to girlfriend in a not so friendly tone if you do decide to deal with lumen I recommend only speaking and touring with the manager
