I am so blessed to have found this place. We needed a break and sent my sister-in-law there for respite care this weekend. Alzheimers disease is tough and everyone at cedar creek is amazing, caring and compassionate. This place is a true blessing. Over the past two years we have put my sister-in-law in multiple memory cares and adult family homes all of them were unsuccessful. None of them compare to what cedar creek has to offer.

I don't even know where to begin...my mother had been suffering with some memory loss but still coping, with cueing from my father, until her stroke that took her into a place that was too much for him/us. After a short hospitalization, and a few weeks in rehab, I was convinced that no place was going to be great! My mother came into the facility scared and agitated and is now more content and engaged then I have seen her in a very long time. She was a lifelong pianist and they got her playing again! She is engaged with the activities and she is given complete freedom to do what she'd like. The staff goes above and beyond in every way. They take pics or videos of the residents engaging in specific activities and they send them to us! It has been the biggest relief and blessing watching her blossom because of the amazing care. Every single staff member that we have encountered has been completely loving and appropriate with her and us...Thank you CC :)

Writing about what sounds like an employment grievance or commenting about a dog Kennel months before a place is even open does not seem like appropriate subjects to comment on for this type of forum. Having to place a loved one in any type of care let alone a memory care facility is one of the toughest things you will ever face in your life. People read comments to help make these decisions so I feel staying on point and reviewing the service provided particularly for such an important thing, is more serving to all. After visiting many centers we chose Cedar Creek for my father. We did have to wait until opening in July to move in but it was well worth the wait. Two separate family members of mine who have worked in similar businesses were blown away in how Cedar Creek has set themselves apart from so many. The facility is absolutely gorgeous like a 5 star resort. I cannot say enough good things about the friendly attentive staff who are truly remarkable and you can see how much they enjoy their work and helping people. The activities folks keep people busy with so many fun and diverse activities in and out of the building. The nursing staff is so on point and the food service is as well. I also have to give a big nod to the support and administrative staff and the friendly folks at the front desk that all make the residents and their families feel very welcome. My fathers latest medical test results in important areas like blood sugar showed incredible improvements since being at CC, and in fact are better than they have been in over 5 years which speaks volumes to the combined level of care. If that is not telling, nothing is. More importantly my father feels safe and secure and well-tended to at Cedar Creek and really enjoys all of the staff. As you should expect with a dementia patient, a transition to assisted living is difficult on the individual and family. The staff did everything in their power to smooth that transition and after some time, he truly feels at ease and happy. P.S. the dog kennel is a neighbor but is absolutely not an issue.

As a former Community Relations Director for Cedar Creek, I spent over a year preparing this community for its Grand Opening. I was whole-heartedly engaged in the community and definitely had 5 star hopes that Cedar Creek would provide the best care for their residents and the best atmosphere for those who care for them upon opening. It was a difficult decision to resign from my position back in September. I dedicated many long days, nights and holidays to the community and families that needed dementia care. While my rating choice did not live up to the original 5 stars, I would always encourage communities/compaines to welcome reveiws and feedback from those that worked in management positions as well as those that do not. As a professional with strong long-term business and community relationships I do not sucome to intimidation regarding my freedom to express my personal experience with any company. I am exceptionally happy with my new position at Rosewood Courte and wish Koelsch, Cedar Creek and its team the best. Kathy is a wonderful addition! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
