I went to a beautiful wedding at the Fairgate. The Service was excellent and we couldn't be more pleased with how wonderful our servers were. However my only complaint is that the bill included a generous service charge and therefore we didn't tip our servers. I later found out that none of the servers received any portion of the assumed gratuity. This seems very misleading and dishonest. The amount of money spent at this facility is more than enough that a client should leave feeling like each server was grossly compensated for all their hard work. Other than that, The Fairgate was lovely.
