Solstice Senior Living at Bellingham

My parents lived here. It was over priced, no security ( my mothers ring was stolen and saw it on a caregiver management highly recommended). Management did nothing and continued to recommend the caregiver. They run out of food. The front desk is rude and lacks helpfulness unless a prospective client is there. If you want you privacy invaded or gossip started just hang around the front desk and you will hear it all including medical information on residence. My biggest regret was listening to management instead of my parents. Its overpriced and overrated. They only care about money and not residence safety, health, happiness, or security. I overheard the sales director complaining about residence being nothing but DRAMA QUEENS. Sorry my parents were almost 90 and had a right to complain about their room being used for the maintenance mans personal pleasures and not getting the food that was on the menu because they ran out AGAIN

I provided care for a resident at Solstice. The staff is genuinely caring, in every department. I cannot count the number of times that I have asked them to adjust food on menu to accommodate the resident's needs, and in every instance, the staff was happy to assist accordingly. Everyone there pitches in to fulfill the needs and desires of the residents. No one was every to busy to answer a question or to assist, including the director, Larry. The experiences I had there were positive, warm and loving. I cannot say enough about the caring staff and well prepared food.
